Our gallery organizes for shipment insurance via the couriers that we work with. We accept returns for damaged or defective products. Any damages or defects will need to be reported to our gallery within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send it to our email along with your order number.
